. How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 3–6 business days within the continental US.
2. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States.
3. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
4. What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days if they are unused and in original packaging. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
5. How do I cancel my order?
You may cancel within 24 hours of purchase before the order ships. Contact us at support@sharmen.shop with your order number.
