Order Cancellation Policy

At Sharmen.shop, we understand that plans can change. Below is our policy regarding order cancellations.


1. Cancellation Before Shipment

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it — as long as it has not been shipped.

To request a cancellation:

  • Email us at support@sharmen.shop

  • Include your order number and reason for cancellation

  • You may also call us at (956) 724-9224 during business hours

If the order has not been processed or dispatched yet, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.


2. Cancellation After Shipment

Once your order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, you may still initiate a return once you receive the item. Please refer to our Refund Policy for return instructions.


3. Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery of a shipped package, it will be treated as a return under our standard return policy, and return shipping fees may apply.


4. Pre-Orders or Backorders

If your order includes a pre-order or backordered item, you may cancel it any time before the item ships by contacting our support team.
